We use k/white guava sourced directly from farms in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. Once the guavas reach our freeze-drying facility, our trained helpers begin a meticulous process of plucking their leaves, washing, and slicing. To transform the fruit into our signature freeze-dried guavas, we first draw out their moisture and then freeze-dry them using a process that ensures that the Bonvie fruit you eat is just as tasty, colorful, and nutritious as the raw fruit!
