We use sapota sourced directly from farms in Maharashtra. Once the sapotas reach our freeze-drying facility, our trained helpers begin a meticulous process of plucking their leaves, washing, and slicing. To transform the fruit into our signature freeze-dried sapotas, we first draw out their moisture and then freeze-dry them using a process that ensures that the Bonvie fruit you eat is just as tasty, colorful, and nutritious as the raw fruit!
