The secret lies in weighing all ingredients in the recommended proportion using a digital weighing scale. Weight of meat should we in dry condition after cutting. I used chicken and used a cast iron skillet to shallow fry in only two teaspoon of white oil.Will become salty if ratio is not followed.I added some coriander leaves for added taste.
