Making pakoda & Vada : Add 200ml warm water in 200 gms. of premix material. Mix & chum the batter. Give rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Add 1 Table spoon hot oil & mix again properly. Take enough oil in fry pan. Fry Pakodas and Vada at medium flame only. For Uttapam Chilla & Appam Add 300 ml warm water in 200gms. of premix . Mix & Churn the batter. Give rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Add 1 table spoon hot oil & again mix properly. Use Tava & Appam tava to make.
