Holy sh*t!Context:I used to hate oiling my hair, I’ve avoided it my entire life.I’ve had dandruff for a few years, it’s a little embarrassing when my barber keeps pointing it out to me.My dermat gave me a really simple routine, I’ve been following it for 6 days so far and MY DANDRUFF IS ALREADY GONE. DAMN.Here’s the routine:Timeline: do this for 2 weeks.1. Have a bath everyday.2. Oil your hair with this for a few mins, really get it in there. LEAVE IT IN FOR 10mins. (Not much of a commitment, amazing)3. Wash your hair like this: scrub with shampoo for 3mins, leave it in your hair for 3mins. (6mins total). Then rinse.4. Which shampoos? Good question. 5 days a week with a regular dove shampoo (not overly scented, just buy a really plain one. I got the intense repair 1L). 2 days a week with Cipla 8X. This is key. Space it out so you use the Ciple 8X on Sunday and Thursday for example.I do go in for a 2nd quick 30second shampoo to get all the oil out. Hair is softer than ever.I’m so grateful my dandruff is genuinely going. Sweet baby Jesus I’m free!Try this out if you’re tired of dandruff.
