The fry pan was damaged. A small but significant coating was damaged to such extent that i could see the inside aluminium metal. Had sent photos and mails but to no avail. After calling they said there would be a refund but so far none. I haven't got an update ever since. Update: The customer service was really good and got a complete refund although it took some time. Thanks Silkrute for the accurate customer service .
