Very good quality. Wanted to buy a good quality steel pan after dumping all non sticks. Even my cook this one, the food sticks yes but it’s a minor issue for the fact that you’re using something with no toxins to cook food at high temperatures. We just scrape off the food once it’s cooled down and it washes off easily.
