I recently got to know how important CTM schedule is for a healthy and glowing skin. But also my skin is very sensitive to artificial products and chemical. I have always seen my mom using coconut or mustard oil on her skin. So I thought to add pure coconut oil to my CTM schedule in place of moisturizer. I came across this virgin cold pressed coconut oil and instantly knew that this is what I was looking for. I feel the change just in few days of using it as the skin seems hydrated and shiny. I also don't feel the heaviness on my skin on applying it. I have also used this with jade roller and it is so relaxing to have a deep and nourishing massage.
